The Legacy of Steve Jobs

I agree with Beliefnet.com when they say that Steve Jobs's legacy will live on... in your pockets, your screens, your music, your life. Here are some of his most memorable quotes:
Keep the Faith - "Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith."
Do what you love - "Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it."
Change the world - Apple needed a big CEO to keep the suits happy. Jobs went after the CEO of Pepsi and wooed him with one single line: "Do you want to sell sugar water for the rest of your life or do you want to come with me and change the world."

Cities around the world and its people have paid tribute to Steve Jobs by offering flowers, apples, small notes at Apple stores.

I went to PowerMac in Greenbelt 3 the other night to buy an iPod shuffle for a friend. She said she wanted to have a piece of Steve Jobs in her pocket or arm when she goes running. I was a bit excited to go to the store, too, to see if there would be Steve Jobs tributes happening there.

When I got to PowerMac, though, it was business as usual. I didn't see any flowers or anything. I'm not sure, I probably missed it. :D

Meanwhile, I will cherish my Apple products here:

iPod Nano 3G
